develop a regional genetically modified mouse research initiative to
meet the needs of the provincial research community.
SHI Consulting Role
SHI Consulting conducted benchmarking
studies and performed consultations in order to present several
existing global models for GM mouse research initiatives to the
provincial academic community. Using additional tools and data

analysis, which was presented to the VP's of research of stakeholder
institutions. SHI Consulting then conducted additional
consultations and a facilitated session with the academic community in
order to finalize the organizational model for the community resource.
